My warranty is expired. Can I still get my terminal repaired?

Yes! We repair the majority of Verifone, Hypercom, and Lipman terminals. We can also do memory and firmware upgrades on request. All equipment sent in for repair goes through a comprehensive diagnosis and repair process in our state of the art repair facility. If you want more than just a repair, we can offer you a full refurbishment of your terminal. This includes diagnostics and repair, plus replacement of worn cases, lenses, and keypads. Turnaround time is usually 5-7 business days depending on the availability of parts and the problem diagnosed.
